Sonic VoiceTrack was developed by Americom, a member of SonicMG since February of 2008. Sonic VoiceTrack is a system designed to help PBX users track and manage the use of their phone systems. With Sonic VoiceTrack, the productivity of employees, trunk utilization, system abuse, and assets can be tracked, measured, and trended. The system puts real-time data about the phone system into the hands of decision makers like IT managers, telephony managers, CIOs, CEOs, CFOs, and sales managers using our web-based PBX data collection and reporting tool. Sonic VoiceTrack is a tool our members have the ability to provide to their customers.
