CommScope Announcement

SonicMG’s Strategic Partner, CommScope, manufacturers of the wires and cables needed to run data networks, announced their decision to sell to the Carlyle Group of Washington for $3.9 Billion on October 27th. As soon as this news was made public, their shares rose from $1.19 to $31.41. CommScope has until Dec. 5th to consider other bids that may come along and will continue to operate under the same management team.
